FIRST TIME NBC HAS MOST-WATCHED DRAMA ON A THURSDAY SINCE 'ER' FINALE

IMPROVES SLOT FOR NBC BY +130%

The Thursday debut of "The Blacklist" (2.3/7 in 18-49, 9.9 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Is the #1 drama of the night in total viewers.

· It's the first time NBC has aired the #1 Thursday drama in total viewers since April 2, 2009 ("ER" finale).

· Is NBC's most-watched Thursday scripted series in more than five years, since the "ER" finale (16.4 million viewers overall on April 2, 2009).

· Is NBC's #1 Thursday drama in 18-49 in more than five years (since "Southland" on April 23, 2009, 2.4).

· Retains 92% of its fall-finale in 18-49 (2.5/8 in 18-49 from 10-11 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 10, 2014), which benefited from a "Voice" lead-in and did not face competition from "Scandal").

· Grows versus its fall-finale in total viewers by 2%(9.948 million vs. 9.753 million viewers).

· Is the most-watched "Blacklist" since Oct. 6 (10.067 million).

· Jumped +130% versus NBC's season average in the time period (2.3 vs. 1.0, L+SD non-sports).

· The Thursday debut of "The Blacklist" (2.3/7 in 18-49, 9.9 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET) is the #1 drama of the night in total viewers, marking the first time NBC has aired the #1 Thursday drama in total viewers since April 2, 2009 ("ER" finale).

· Last night's "Blacklist" is NBC's most-watched Thursday scripted series in more than five years, since the "ER" finale (16.4 million viewers overall on April 2, 2009) and the network's #1 Thursday drama telecast in 18-49 in more than five years (since "Southland" on April 23, 2009, 2.4). In the highly competitive time period, "Blacklist" ranked #1 in total viewers, men 18-49 and men 25-54.

· "The Blacklist" will grow substantially in L+7 -- "Blacklist" originals this season have increased by +72% in 18-49 rating and 6.3 million viewers overall going from L+SD to L+7.

· ESTIMATED L+7 RESULTS: 4.3 in 18-49, 16.1 million viewers overall.

· The premiere of "Allegiance" (1.1/3 in 18-49, 4.9 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) grew +20% in total viewers versus NBC's time-period average this season (4.926 million vs. 4.089 million, L+SD non-sports). Excluding NFL football and "Peter Pan Live!," delivered NBC's #2 total-viewership in the slot this season, behind only last week's "Parenthood" series finale.

· An encore telecast of "The Blacklist" averaged a 1.0/3 in 18-49 and 5.083 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET.

In Late-Night Metered-Market Results for Monday through Thursday:

· For its four nights of special telecasts originating from Los Angeles, "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" has generated an increase of +27% versus its quarter-to-date average for Monday-through-Thursday ratings in metered-market households and a gain of +40% in adults 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· For its Monday-through-Thursday L.A. telecasts, "The Tonight Show" from L.A. has averaged a 3.3 rating, 9 share in metered-market households, up from a 2.6 average for Monday-through-Thursday results thus far in the year's first quarter. In 18-49 in the Local People Meters, "Tonight" averaged a 1.4 rating, up from a quarter-to-date average of a 1.0.

· In metered-market households, "Tonight" this week has delivered its top Monday-through-Thursday result in more than 11 months, since the week of March 17, 2014, Fallon's fifth week hosting the show (3.3 from Monday through Thursday) and equaled its high since the week of March 10, 2014 (3.4). In the LPMs, "Tonight" delivered its top Monday-to-Thursday average since the week of March 10, 2014 (1.4) and matched its high since the week of Feb. 24, 2014 (1.7 for Fallon's second week as "Tonight" host).

· According to "live plus same day" results from Nielsen Media Research, last night's " Tonight" delivered the show's highest metered-market household rating for a Thursday (3.4/9) in 10 months (since March 20, 2014, 3.4) and equaled "Tonight's" top Thursday since Feb. 27, 2014, during Fallon's second week as host. Last night's telecast is tied for the third-highest rating yet for a Thursday Fallon-hosted "Tonight" in metered-market households.

· In adults 18-49 rating in the Local People Meters, last night's edition scored the top Thursday "Tonight" rating (1.4/7) since Thanksgiving, the night of a high-rated NFL overrun. Excluding nights of NFL or Olympic overruns, last night's 1.4 ties the highest 18-49 rating yet in the LPMs for a Fallon-hosted Thursday "Tonight."

· Thursday's show featured Will Smith, Rosamund Pike and musical guest Jack White. Note that Friday's "Tonight" will be an encore of the Jan. 19 telecast, with guests Jennifer Lopez, Anthony Mackie and Iliza Shlesinger

· Earlier in the week:

· Wednesday's "Tonight" generated the highest 18-49 rating in the LPMs (1.5) for a Wednesday "Tonight" since Feb. 26, 2014.

· On Tuesday, it was "Tonight's" highest metered-market household result on a Tuesday (3.6) since Feb. 25, 2014, during Fallon's second week as host, and a tie for the top Tuesday in 18-49 in the LPMs (1.5) since that same date.

· On Feb. 2, "Tonight" equaled "Tonight's" highest 18-49 rating in the LPMs (1.3) for a Monday telecast since March 24, 2014.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.4/9; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.1/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.4/6.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.4/7; "Late Show," 0.5/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.9/4.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.6/5 in metered-market households and a 0.6/4 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.6/6 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.7/5 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/4 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
