ABC Is #1 on Friday for 5th Straight Week - "Shark Tank" Leads

ABC Friday Prime (8-11pm - 6.5 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49): ABC won its 2nd straight Friday of the February Sweep in Adults 18-49 (1.4/5), holding the #1 position on the night for the 5th week running. The Net was up sharply from the year-ago night (4.7 million and 1.1/3 on 2/7/14) in Total Viewers (+38%) and Adults 18-49 (+27%).

· Shark Tank was Friday's #1 TV show in Adults 18-49 (1.9/7), rising to the night's top series position for its 15th straight original broadcast this season.

· ABC's 20/20 continued as Friday's #1 newsmagazine in Total Viewers and key Adults (AD18-49/AD25-54), beating out NBC's Dateline by double digits head to head at 10pm.

Last Man Standing (8-8:30pm - 7.2 million and 1.3/5 in AD18-49) At 8pm, Last Man Standing ranked #1 in its half-hour for its 4th straight first-run airing in Adults 18-49 (1.3/5) and tied both CBS' Hawaii Five-0 (at 9pm) and Blue Bloods (at 10pm) as Friday's top-rated scripted program. LMS held steady week to week.

Cristela (8:30-9pm - 5.5 million and 1.1/4 in AD18-49) Finishing a strong second at 8:30pm, Cristela (5.5 million and 1.1/4) paced well ahead of both NBC's Constantine (2.8 million and 0.8/3) and Fox's World's Funniest Fails (2.7 million and 0.8/3). The ABC freshman comedy was up week to week in Adults 18-49 (+10%).

Shark Tank (9-10pm - 7.6 million and 1.9/7 in AD18-49) Building 73% on its Adult 18-49 lead-in at 9pm, ABC's Shark Tank continued to dominate its hour with a 46% advantage over runner-up CBS' Hawaii Five-0 (1.9/7 vs. 1.3/4). Shark Tank held even week to week with young adults. v20/20 (10-11pm - 5,4 million and 1.2/4 in AD18-49) In the 10pm hour, ABC's 20/20 beat NBC's Dateline by 20% in Total Viewers (5.4 million vs. 4.5 million), by 20% in Adults 18-49 (1.2/4 vs. 1.0/4) and by 13% in Adults 25-54 (1.7/5 vs. 1.5/4)
