ABC is #1 for 6th Straight Friday - CB Valentines Draws a 5-Year High

ABC Friday Prime (8-11pm - 5.9 million and 1.3/5 in AD18-49): ABC won its 3rd consecutive Friday of the February Sweep in Adults 18-49 (1.3/5), ranking #1 on the night for the 6th week in a row.

· Shark Tank was Friday's dominant #1 TV show in Adults 18-49 (1.8/6), emerging as the night's top-rated series for its 16th consecutive first-run airing this season.

· ABC's 20/20 was once again Friday's #1 newsmagazine in Total Viewers and key Adults (AD18-49/AD25-54), beating out NBC's Dateline by double digits head to head at 10pm.

Please Note: Leading into the holiday weekend, overall Adult 18-49 TV Usage levels on Friday night were down -4% week to week (27.3% vs. 28.5%).

Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown/A CB Valentine (8-9pm 4.5 million and 1.0/4 in AD18-49). During the 8 o'clock hour, ABC's Charlie Brown Valentine's Day special was up year to year (on the year-ago Friday) in Total Viewers (4.5 million vs. 3.9 million) and held steady in Adults 18-49 (1.0/4), drawing its biggest overall audience in 5 years - since 2/10/10. In the hour among viewers and young adults, ABC's encore PEANUTS special defeated NBC's season finale of Constantine (3.1 million and 0.8/3) and Fox's first-run World's Funniest Fails (2.4 million and 0.8/3).

Shark Tank (9-10pm - 7.7 million and 1.8/6 in AD18-49) Jumping 80% from its lead-in among Adults 18-49 9pm and building from start to finish, ABC's Shark Tank won its hour by 64% over its nearest competition (1.8/6 vs. 1.1/4 - CBS' Hawaii Five-0 and NBC's Grimm tied). Shark Tank held steady with its week-ago Fast Affiliate delivery (7.6 million and 1.9/7), which adjusted up in the National ratings.

20/20 (10-11pm - 5,4 million and 1.2/4 in AD18-49) Head to head in the 10pm hour, ABC's 20/20 outdelivered NBC's Dateline by 20% in Total Viewers (5.4 million vs. 4.5 million), by 20% in Adults 18-49 (1.2/4 vs. 1.0/4) and by 29% in Adults 25-54 (1.8/5 vs. 1.4/4). 20/20 held even week to week in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49, while gaining 6% in Adults 25-54.
