Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: "The Voice" Keeps NBC on Top in Demos

Here are the highlights of the 16 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (4/21/15):

NBC (7.403 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.8, #1) was the network to beat among adults 18-49 last night with its mix of "The Voice" (10.987 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.5, #1), "Undateable" (4.927 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.3, #5), "One Big Happy" (3.943 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T8) and "Chicago Fire" (6.786 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.6, #2).

ABC (4.239 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.3, #2) then claimed the silver with the season finales of "Fresh Off the Boat" (5.045 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.5, #T3) and "Repeat After Me" (3.567 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T8) plus new episodes of "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" (4.268 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.5, #T3) and "Forever" (4.143 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T12).

Next up was CBS (9.442 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #3) and repeats of "NCIS" (10.138 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T12) and "NCIS: New Orleans" (9.831 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T8) followed by a special "CSI: Cyber" (8.358 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T6).

Meanwhile, The CW (2.917 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.0, #4) served up new episodes of "The Flash" (3.664 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T6) and "iZombie" (2.171 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.7, #14).

In the netlet's target demo (women 18-34), the former posted a 1.0 rating while the latter delivered a 0.6 rating.

And finally, FOX (2.388 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.8, #5) closed out the evening with a new "Hell's Kitchen" (3.441 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T8), a repeat "New Girl" (1.408 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.6, #15) and a new "Weird Loners" (1.263 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.5, #16).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with James Corden" (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

NBC (7.262 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.8, #1) was the demo champ on Tuesday with its mix of "The Voice" (10.950 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.7, #1), "About a Boy" (7.157 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.9, #2) and "Growing Up Fisher" (5.977 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.5, #4) plus a repeat of "Chicago Fire" (4.270 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T9).

CBS (9.408 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.2, #2) then remained the most-watched network despite its all-repeat lineup of "NCIS" (10.415 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.2, #6), "NCIS: Los Angeles" (10.186 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.4, #5) and "Person of Interest" (7.623 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.1, #7).
