ABC Wins Friday with the Top 3 Shows - #1 for 5th Straight Week in AD18-49

ABC Friday Prime (8-11pm - 5.7 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49): ABC won its 3rd straight Friday of the 2105 May Sweep in Adults 18-49 (1.4/5) ranking #1 on the night for the 5th week running. During prime, the Net beat its nearest competition by 27% (1.4/5 vs. 1.1/4 - NBC) and was steady week to week.

· ABC aired the night's Top 3 shows in Adults 18-49 with Shark Tank, Beyond the Tank and 20/20. 20/20 was also the night's #1 newsmagazine.

Shark Tank (8-9pm - 6.6 million and 1.5/7 in AD18-49) At 8pm, ABC's Shark Tank won its new earlier slot for the 3rd consecutive week, outdrawing runner-up CBS' The Amazing Race by 1.1 million viewers (6.6 million vs. 5.5 million) and by 50% in Adults 18-49 (1.5/7 vs. 1.0/5). Shark Tank was steady with its week-ago young adult delivery (1.5/7 vs. 1.6/7).

Beyond the Tank (9-10pm - 5.6 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49) Holding nearly all of its Adult 18-49 lead-in at 9pm (93%), ABC's Beyond the Tank won its hour for the 2nd week in a row, beating runner-up CBS' Hawaii Five-0 by 27% (1.4/5 vs. 1.1/4 - CBS' Hawaii Five-0). Beyond the Tank retained a strong 93% of its week-ago debut Fast Affiliate Adult 18-49 number (1.4/5 vs. 1.5/6), which adjusted up 1-tenth in the National ratings.

20/20 (10-11pm - 5.0 million and 1.2/4 in AD18-49) In the 10pm hour, ABC's 20/20 ranked #1 in Adults 18-49 (tie), outdelivering CBS' season finale of Hawaii Five-0 by 20% (1.2/4 vs. 1.0/4).

· 20/20 grew week to week in Total Viewers (+14%), Adults 18-49 (+20%) and Adults 25-54 (+7%).
