'HOLLYWOOD GAME NIGHT' MATCHES LAST WEEK'S ADULT 18-49 RATING, GROWS IN ADULTS 25-54 AND ALL KEY MALE DEMOS

'HGN' RANKS #1 AT 10 IN EVERY KEY DEMO AMONG THE ABC-CBS-NBC COMPETITORS, DELIVERING A +63% MARGIN OF VICTORY IN ADULTS 18-49

Tuesday Results:

NBC won Tuesday night among the Big 4 in every key measure with the #1-2 shows of the night on those nets in adults 18-49, "America's Got Talent" and "Hollywood Game Night."

· "America's Got Talent" (2.1/8 in 18-49, 10.2 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET) ranked as the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in all key measures - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers.

· "America's Got Talent" won the time period among the Big 4 in every key category, delivering a +91% margin in adults 18-49 (2.1 vs. 1.1 for CBS's second-place mix of encore and original dramas).

· "America's Got Talent" will add substantial viewership via time-shifting -- "America's Got Talent" is growing by +31% in 18-49 rating (from a 2.43 to a 3.19) and 2.3 million viewers overall (10.7 million to 13.0 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· "Hollywood Game Night" (1.3/4 in 18-49, 4.7 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) won the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in all key demos, leading the time period among those nets by a +63% margin in adults 18-49 (1.3 vs. 0.8 for CBS's second-place "NCIS: New Orleans" encore).

· "Hollywood Game Night" maintained 100% of last week's adult 18-49 rating (1.3 vs. 1.3) and grew week to week by +6% in adults 25-54 (1.7 vs. 1.6), +17% in men 25-54 (1.4 vs. 1.2), +17% in men 18-34 (0.7 vs. 0.6) and +22% in men 18-49 (1.1 vs. 0.9).

· "Hollywood Game Night" ranks as the #2 show of the night in on the Big 4 in adults 18-49, behind only "Talent."

· "Hollywood Game Night" will add significant viewership via time-shifting -- "HGN" is increasing by +21% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.48 to a 1.79) and 782,000 viewers overall (5.2 million to 6.0 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.6/7; "CBS Summer Showcase," 1.8/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.7/4.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "CBS Summer Showcase," 0.3/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.0/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with James Corden" (1.0/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 with an encore in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
