Live+3: Standing as Tuesday's Biggest Gainer, ABC's S.H.I.E.L.D. Emerges as the Top Scripted Show in its Hour

Live + 3 Day data for Tuesday, 10/6/15

ABC's Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. grew to a 2.5 rating in Adults 18-49 after 3 days of TV playback to emerge as the #1 scripted show in Tuesday's 9pm hour for the 2nd straight week, leapfrogging over CBS' NCIS: New Orleans (2.3 rating) to lead by 2-tenths of a rating point and growing its advantage over Fox's Scream Queens (1.8 rating) to 7-tenths.

· With a +0.9 rating point increase over its L+SD rating, ABC's S.H.I.E.L.D. was Tuesday's #1 gainer in TV playback among Adults 18-49.

· In the L+3 numbers among Adults 18-49, S.H.I.E.L.D. was even with its year-ago telecast (2.5 rating on 10/7/14) and held steady with its week-earlier season opener (2.5 rating vs. 2.6 rating).

With a bigger playback lift than Fox's Grandfathered, ABC's The Muppets increased its lead over the Fox comedy in the 8pm half-hour to 6-tenths of a rating point with Adults 18-49 (2.2 rating vs. 1.6 rating) in the L+3 numbers.

· The Muppets grew +0.5 rating points over its L+SD Adult 18-49 rating compared to a +0.4 rating point L+3 playback increase for Grandfathered.

Fresh Off the Boat shot up to a 2.4 L+3 rating with Adults 18-49 to match its 2nd-highest-rated Tuesday telecast ever, behind only this season's premiere.

· Like its lead-in, Fresh Off the Boat scored a bigger playback increase than its Fox comedy competition (+0.6 rating points vs. +0.5 rating points) to widen its advantage over The Grinder to nearly 1 full rating point (2.4 rating vs. 1.5 rating) in the L+3 numbers.
