"Garbage Time Podcast" Debuts Thursday with Guest Rachel Nichols

Episode 5 of Season 2 of GARBAGE TIME WITH KATIE NOLAN, which premiered Wednesday, Oct. 7, set a record for digital viewership, as clips from the show were viewed nearly 1.2 million times across YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, FOXSports.com, FOX Sports GO and the GARBAGE TIME podcast. Leading this week's record-setting numbers, the segment "Why Greg Hardy's Return to the NFL is a Problem," garnered nearly 1 million views in about 72 hours, with more than 992,000 impressions across all platforms.

On Thursday, the full-length weekly Garbage Time Podcast officially launches, as Katie welcomes CNN sports anchor Rachel Nichols for a conversation about Nichols' career, the Greg Hardy situation and a very important discussion as to whether or not a hot dog can be considered a sandwich. Each Thursday on the podcast, Katie discusses some of the biggest NFL stories and makes her weekly picks, which she encourages her fans not to follow unless they're looking for ways to flush away their money. She also speaks with someone from the world of sports, entertainment or sports media for an enlightening, fun and laid-back conversation driven by Katie's unique personality.

GARBAGE TIME WITH KATIE NOLAN airs Wednesday nights at 12:00 AM ET on FS1. On this week's episode, Katie sits down with Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant.
