During the week of February 8, 2016, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew over the prior week in Households (+3% - 3.2 rating vs. 3.1 rating) and Total Viewers (+5% - 4.375 million vs. 4.159 million) to equal its 2nd-highest-rated week this season and draw its 2nd-largest overall audience. "LIVE" was also up week to week in Women 25-54 (+7% - 1.6 rating vs. 1.5 rating) to match a 6-week high - since the week of 12/28/15.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the week's No. 2 syndicated talk show in Homes (3.2 rating), Viewers (4.375 million) and Women 25-54 (1.6 rating), beating "Ellen" (2.8 rating, 3.933 million and 1.5 rating, respectively) in all three Nielsen measures.

· For the 3rd time in 4 weeks, "LIVE" delivered a 3.0 rating or higher in Households on each day of the week: Monday - 3.3, Tuesday - 3.2, Wednesday - 3.1, Thursday - 3.0, Friday - 3.6.

· "Kelly's Sweet 15th Anniversary Celebration" on Friday (2/12/16) matched the show's highest-rated telecast on any day this season in Households (3.6 rating).

On average for the 2015-16 season to date, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranks as the No. 1 syndicated talk show among Women 25-54 (1.5 rating), tying "Dr. Phil" and topping "Ellen" by 7% (1.4 rating). In addition, "LIVE" beats "Ellen" by double digits in Households (+16% - 2.9 rating vs. 2.5 rating) and Total Viewers (+11% - 3.944 million vs. 3.546 million) to rank as the season's No. 2 syndie talker.
