Live+3: ABC Emerges as Thursday's Dominant Network for the 3rd Straight Week in AD18-49

Live + 3 Day data for Thursday, 2/25/16

ABC won Thursday for the 3rd week in a row among Adults 18-49 in the L+3 ratings (2.9 rating), after finishing 3-tenths behind Fox and a 1-tenth behind CBS in the L+SD numbers. During prime in L+3 among Adults 18-49, ABC (2.9 rating) beat CBS by 7% (2.7), Fox by 12% (2.6) and NBC by 71% (1.7). In addition, ABC moved ahead of CNN with debate coverage to rank #1 outright on the night (+26% - 2.9 vs. 2.3).

· ABC's TGIT dramas finished among the night's Top 4 series among Adults 18-49, with Grey's Anatomy (3.2), Scandal (2.7) and How to Get Away with Murder (2.7) all moving ahead of Fox's American Idol (2.6) and CBS' Life in Pieces (2.6). Initially in L+SD, CBS' The Big Bang-led Life in Pieces and Fox's American Idol both tied as the #2 series of the night, but dropped to #5 in L+3.

· At 9pm, ABC's Scandal shot up to rank as the #1 series in the hour among Adults 18-49 (2.7 rating), tied with Fox's Idol, surging over the CBS comedies by 17% in L+3 (Mom/2 Broke Girls = 2.3 rating) after standing 1-tenth behind in L+SD. The ABC drama is projected to win the hour outright once L+7 TV playback in included.

· ABC's TGIT dramas ranked among the night's Top 5 gainers in TV playback with Adults 18-49: How to Get Away with Murder (+1.2 rating points) - #2, Grey's Anatomy (+1.1 rating points) - #3 and Scandal (+1.0 rating points) - #4 (tie).
