"Grimm" Matches a Five-Week High, "Caught on Camera" Equals a Nine-Week High

"GRIMM" & "CAUGHT ON CAMERA" GROW WEEK TO WEEK, "GRIMM" EQUALS A FIVE-WEEK HIGH IN 18-49, "CAUGHT" MATCHES AN NINE-WEEK HIGH

THIS SEASON, "GRIMM" IS AVERAGING A +90% LIFT GOING FROM L+SD TO L+7; LAST WEEK'S "GRIMM" LOCKED UP THE BIGGEST L+3 INCREASE OF THE NIGHT

Friday Primetime Results:

"Grimm" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 4.0 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Grows +13% week to week in 18-49 (0.9 vs. 0.8) and +7% in total viewers (4.006 million vs. 3.750 million).

· Matches a five-week high, equaling its best 18-49 rating since March 18 (1.0).

· Builds on its lead-in by +29% in adults 18-49 and +17% in total viewers.

· Will increase dramatically from these numbers via time-shifting:

· L+7: "Grimm" has increased by +90% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 0.91 to a 1.73) and 2.4 million viewers overall (4.0 million to 6.4 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· L+3: The prior week's "Grimm" grew by +84% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.76 to 1.40) and 1.9 million persons in total viewers (3.8 million to 5.7 million).

· The +84% gain in 18-49 was the biggest 18-49 lift of the night on the Big 4.

· Upscale: "Grimm" is capturing a solid upscale audience this season, indexing at a 110 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

"Caught on Camera With Nick Cannon" (0.7/3 in 18-49, 3.4 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Grows +17% week to week in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.6) and +7% in total viewers (3.418 million vs. 3.198 million).

· Equals a nine-week high, matching its top 18-49 rating since Feb. 19 (0.8) and is currently reporting a four-week high in total viewers, best since March 25 (3.470 million), pending updates.

"Dateline NBC" (0.9/4 in 18-49, 4.0 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Is close to rounding up to a 1.0 in 18-49 (currently reporting a 0.944 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings).

· Despite the 10 p.m. hour, grows from its first half-hour to its second in by +11% in adults 18-49 (0.9 to 1.0), +8% in adults 25-54 (1.3 to 1.4) and +6% in women 25-54 (1.7 to 1.8).

· Is currently tied for #2 in the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 and ranks #2 outright among those nets in women 18-49 and women 25-54.

· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting -- The prior week's "Dateline" increased by +35% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.99 to 1.34) and more than 1.3 million persons in total viewers (4.5 million to 5.8 million).

· Upscale: "Dateline" delivers a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 110 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.3/5 with an encore telecast; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.9/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/4 with an encore.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.8/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2 with an encore.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.0/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
