INVESTIGATION DISCOVERY HAS BEST MAY EVER IN PRIME DELIVERY - CONTINUES TO DOMINATE LENGTH OF TUNE FOR TOTAL DAY IN ALL OF TELEVISION
Investigation Discovery (ID) had its best May ever in prime delivery among P2+, HH, P25-54, W25-54 and P18-49, firmly maintaining its position as a top 10 network (#9 slot) in ad-supported cable for Prime YTD delivery of W25-54. Year-to-date, ID is the #2 network for W25-54 in total day among all ad-supported cable, and continues to see delivery increases in all key demos in both prime and total day.
May marks 15 consecutive months of year-over-year prime delivery growth for P2+, HH and W25-54.
Programming highlights for the month included original series On the Case with Paula Zahn (1.185M P2+), Disappeared (1.119M P2+) and See No Evil (1.107M P2+). The premiere of Disappeared on Monday, May 2nd at 10p was the series' highest delivering prime telecast ever for P2+ (1.246 million), as well as HH (987k), P25-54 (610k) and W25-54 (427k).
In May, ID continued its reign as the #1 network for total day length of tune in all of television - cable or broadcast - for both P25-54 and W25-54. ID was also #1 in prime length of tune in all of ad-supported cable in May.
