Monday's Broadcast Ratings: NBC, "American Ninja Warrior" Hold Onto Top Spot

Here are the highlights of the 14 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (6/27/16):

NBC (6.079 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.7, #1) was still the network to beat on Monday with its coverage of "U.S. Olympic Trials: Swimming" (5.230 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.2, #3) followed by a new "American Ninja Warrior" (6.504 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.9, #T1).

ABC (5.523 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.5, #2) then was the number two draw with its duo of "The Bachelorette" (6.802 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.9, #T1) and "Mistresses" (2.965 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T7).

Next up was CBS (4.039 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #3) with repeats of "Mom" (4.922 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T4), "2 Broke Girls" (4.263 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T4) and "Scorpion" (4.227 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T7) alongside a new "BrainDead" (3.299 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T9).

Meanwhile, FOX (2.388 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.6, #4) offered up originals from "So You Think You Can Dance" (3.017 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T4) and "Houdini & Doyle" (1.759 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11).

And finally, The CW (1.720 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #5) closed out the evening with a marathon of "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (1.613 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11), another "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (1.739 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11), yet another "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" · In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/4 with an encore; "CBS Summer Showcase," 0.3/1 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.0/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/3 with an encore in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
