In 1991, bubbly, kind-hearted Jackie Galloway disappears from her Sarasota, Florida home. Her strangled body is found the next day, bound in a ritualistic series of knots. Police investigate an elderly benefactor, a jealous boyfriend, and an angry landlord but come up empty. They fear the case may not be solved.
