Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: NBC Tops Charts with "Sunday Night Football"

Here are the highlights of the 21 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (10/14/18):

NBC (7:30-11pm) (16.871 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 5.5, #1) once again dominated Sunday evening with its mix of "Football Night in America #1" (7.110 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.9, #5), "Football Night in America #2" (10.700 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 3.3, #4), "Football Night in America #3" (16.100 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 5.0, #2) and "Sunday Night Football" (18.260 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 6.0, #1).

CBS (9.159 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.5, #2) then was the silver draw with its lineup of "NFL Overrun" (14.400 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 3.6, #3), "60 Minutes" (11.300 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.8, #6), "God Friended Me" (7.994 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.1, #7), "NCIS: Los Angeles" (7.347 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T10) and "Madam Secretary" (5.590 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.6, #17).

Next up was FOX (2.200 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.8, #3) and its combination of "The Simpsons" (3.184 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T8) and "The Cool Kids" (2.175 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T14) repeats followed by new episodes of "The Simpsons" (2.509 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T8), "Bob's Burgers" (2.052 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T10), "Family Guy" (1.930 million viewers, #18; adults 18-49: 0.8, #13) and "Rel" (1.352 million viewers, #21; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T18).

Meanwhile, ABC (4.031 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #4) offered up originals from "America's Funniest Home Videos" (5.692 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T10), "Dancing with the Stars: Juniors" (4.573 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T14) and "Shark Tank" (3.686 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T14) plus the debut of "The Alec Baldwin Show" (2.171 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.4, #21).
