Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: Grammy Awards Put CBS on Top

Here are the highlights of the 16 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (2/10/19):

CBS (16.021 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 4.4, #1) was of course the network to beat on Sunday with its presentations of "The 61st Annual Grammy Awards Red Carpet" (10.247 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.3, #2) and "The 61st Annual Grammy Awards" (17.945 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 5.0, #1). Said numbers were up in viewers but down in demos from "The 60th Annual Grammy Awards" (17.645 million viewers; adults 18-49: 5.4).

ABC (3.870 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.8, #2) then was a distant second with its repeat lineup of "America's Funniest Home Videos" (5.898 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T3), another "America's Funniest Home Videos" (4.872 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T3), "Shark Tank" (2.590 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.6, #8) and another "Shark Tank" (2.119 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T9).

Next up was FOX (1.479 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #3) with repeats of "The Simpsons" (1.131 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T12) and "Bob's Burgers" (1.157 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #11) followed by new episodes of "The Simpsons" (1.847 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6), "Bob's Burgers" (1.730 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6) and "Family Guy" (1.813 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.8, #5) plus a repeat "The Cool Kids" (1.198 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T12).

Meanwhile, NBC (2.608 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #4) served up the feature "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" (2.629 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T9) and "Dateline NBC" (2.546 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T12).

And finally, The CW (0.542 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.1, #5) closed out the night with rebroadcasts of "Supergirl" (0.616 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T15) and "Charmed" (0.468 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T15).
