Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: "Super Bowl LV" Puts CBS on Top

Here are the highlights of the 18 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (2/7/21):

CBS (66.363 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 18.8, #1) was of course the network to beat on Sunday with its presentation of "Super Bowl LV" (72.397 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 20.5, #1) followed by the primetime portion of "The Equalizer" (24.126 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 6.6, #2).

A distant silver went to ABC (1.430 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.2, #2) and its mix of "America's Funniest Home Videos" (1.658 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T3), another "America's Funniest Home Videos" (1.789 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T3), "Shark Tank" (1.040 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T3) and another "Shark Tank" (1.233 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T3).

Next up was NBC (1.074 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T3) and its encore lineup of "Weakest Link" (0.797 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T11), "The Wall" (0.831 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T11), "Chicago Med" (0.750 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T11) and "Dateline NBC" (1.917 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T3).

Meanwhile, FOX (0.455 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T3) offered up second runs of "Call Me Kat" (0.442 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T11), "Bless the Harts" (0.337 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T11), "The Simpsons" (0.431 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T11), another "The Simpsons" (0.526 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T3), "Bob's Burgers" (0.474 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T3) and "Family Guy" (0.521 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T3).

And finally, repeats of "Batwoman" (0.283 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 0.0, #T17) and "Charmed" (0.209 million viewers, #18; adults 18-49: 0.0, #T17) on The CW (0.246 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.0, #5) rounded out the night.

CBS (4.273 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T2) was the second place draw with its repeat mix of "60 Minutes" (5.853 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.5, #3), "NCIS" (3.943 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4), "FBI" (4.071 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4) and "NCIS: New Orleans" (3.224 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T11).

Next up was NBC (2.134 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T2) with second runs of "America's Got Talent: The Champions" (2.534 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T11), "Ellen's Game of Games" (1.790 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4) and another "Ellen's Game of Games" (1.676 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4).

FOX (0.981 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #4) likewise opted for repeats of "Last Man Standing" (1.057 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T14), "Outmatched" (0.801 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T14), "The Simpsons" (0.945 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T11), "Bob's Burgers" (0.952 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4), "Family Guy" (1.026 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4) and another "Family Guy" (1.103 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4).
