ABC Wins Wednesday as 'The 55th Annual CMA Awards' Is Night's No. 1 Show
ABC Wednesday Primetime (8:00-11:00 p.m. - 6.9 million and 1.1/8 in AD18-49):
With its presentation of "The 55th Annual CMA Awards," ABC dominated Wednesday among Adults 18-49 (1.1/8), beating NBC by 57% (0.7/5), Fox by 83% (0.6/5) and CBS by 83% (0.6/4). ABC was also the night's most-watched network (6.9 million), leading runner-up NBC by 11% (6.2 million).
ABC's live broadcast of "The CMA Awards" ranked as Wednesday's No. 1 program in both Total Viewers (6.8 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.1/8). "The CMA Awards" beat CBS' "Survivor" by 10% (1.0/7), Fox's "The Masked Singer" by 22% (0.9/6) and all three NBC Chicago dramas by 57% each (0.7/5) in Adults 18-49.
"The CMA Awards" held even with its year-ago broadcast among Adults 18-49 (1.1/8).
