Top 10 Week of Aug. 21: 'Who Is Erin Carter? and 'The Monkey King' Claim the #1 Spots

Who is Erin Carter? Viewers were dying to find out, driving the new limited thriller series about a British expat schoolteacher living in Spain to the top of the English TV list with 13.2M views. Documentary series Depp V. Heard had a strong second week coming in at #2 (8.3M views), while Painkiller moved to #3 (5.6M views). New nonfiction series made their debuts on the list this week with Untold: Swamp Kings coming in at #4 (5M views) and The Ultimatum: Marry Or Move On Season 2 taking the #5 spot (3.6 views). Comedy series My Dad The Bounty Hunter returned for Season 2 at #10 with 1.7M views. Returning favorites rounded out the rest of the list with At Home With The Furys Season 1 at #6 (3M views), The Lincoln Lawyer Season 2 at #8 (1.9M views) and Gabby's Dollhouse Season 8 at #9 (1.8M views).

Animated film The Monkey King, starring Jimmy O. Yang and Bowen Yang, climbed to the top of the English Films list in its second week, bringing in 14.4M views this week and reaching #1 in 93 countries. The Gal Gadot, Jame Dornan and Alia Bhatt spy action-thriller Heart of Stone grabbed second place with 13.6M views, bringing its all-time views to 81.9M views in only three weeks since its release. With a certified fresh score of 96% on Rotten Tomatoes, Adam Sandler's new comedy You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah debuted at #3, bringing in 12.3M views.

Korea had another impressive showing on the Non-English TV list, with K-drama Mask Girl coming in at #1 with 7.4M views, the romantic comedy Destined with You Season 1 debuting at #4 (3.5M views), and Behind Your Touch taking the #9 spot (1.7M views). All three seasons of the Norwegian fantasy series Ragnarok made the list with Season 3 debuting at #2 (6.5M views), Season 1 at #6 (2.2M views), and Season 2 at #8 (1.8M views). Returning favorites dominated the remainder of the list with Mexico's coming of age supernatural adventureThe Chosen One Season 1 at #3 (4M views), Japan's anime Baki Hanma Season 2 at #5 (2.4M views), and India's drama Guns & Gulaabs Season 1 at #7 (2.2M views).

Brazilian true crime documentary A Life Too Short: The Isabella Nardoni Case returned to the top of the Non-English Films list coming in at #1 with 5.3M views. New entrants to the list included the Polish romance Squared Love Everlasting at #2 (5.1M views) and Spanish horror film Killer Book Club at #3 (3.9M views). Other returning favorites included the Turkish drama 10 Days of a Bad Man coming in at #4 (3.5M views), the German dystopian thriller Paradise taking the #5 spot (1.6M views), the Spanish film noir Xtreme landing at #6 (1.3M views), Japanese black comedy Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead claiming the #8 spot (0.9M views), and the Turkish romance Make Me Believe rounding out the list at #10 (0.8M views).
