ABC NEWS' 'NIGHTLINE' RANKS NO. 1 IN TOTAL VIEWERS AND ADULTS 18-49 VS. CBS' 'AFTER MIDNIGHT' AND NBC'S 'LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS' FOR 2ND CONSECUTIVE WEEK

'Nightline' Improves Week to Week and Double-Digits Year to Year in Total Viewers

ABC News' "Nightline" ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (725,000) and Adults 18-49 (85,000) during the week of July 7, 2025, based on Live+Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research, leading CBS' "After Midnight" and NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers" for the 2nd week in a row.

· "Nightline" posted Total Viewer gains both week to week (+9% - 725,000 vs. 663,000) and year to year (+11% - 725,000 vs. 655,000).

· This week, "Nightline" covered the catastrophic flooding in Texas; University of Idaho victims' loved ones speaking out after killer's plea deal; the show's year-long reporting on students who struggle with substance abuse as they fight for their recovery in hopes of graduating from Denver's 5280 High School; the "Jaws" 50th anniversary celebration on Martha's Vineyard; ABC News Studios' new docuseries "Born to Be Viral: The Real Lives of Kidfluencers"; "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Dolores Catania candidly sharing her experience with taking weight loss medication; "Squid Game" bringing viewers more games and gore in final season and more.

NOTE: For the week, CBS' "After Midnight" was retitled to "After Midnight-Enc" and NBC's "Seth Meyers" was retitled to "Seth Meyers-SM" due to being repeats.
