'20/20' IS THE MOST-WATCHED PROGRAM ACROSS BROADCAST AND CABLE ON FRIDAY NIGHT - SCORING LARGEST VIEWERSHIP IN OVER 7 MONTHS
For the Second Week in a Row, '20/20' Increases in Total Viewers Week to Week and Year to Year
ABC News' "20/20: Badass Detective" averaged 3.032 million Total Viewers, 380,000 Adults 25-54 and 252,000 Adults 18-49 on Friday, Jan. 9, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research, ranking as the No. 1 program of the night in Total Viewers (excluding sports).
· "20/20" scored its most-watched telecast in over 7 months - since 5/30/25.
· For the second week in a row, "20/20" posted Total Viewers increases versus the previous week (+18% - 3.032 million vs. 2.561 million) and the corresponding year-ago telecast (+3% - 3.032 million vs. 2.945 million).
· "20/20" ranked No. 1 in its two-hour time period in Total Viewers (3.032 million) versus CBS (1.884 million with encores of "Sheriff Country"/"Boston Blue") and NBC (2.409 million with "U.S. Figure Skating Championships").
· Season to date, "20/20" leads "Dateline" in Total Viewers (+3%/+83,000 - 3.198 million vs. 3.115 million), based on Most Current Big Data+Panel Ratings.
