'20/20' Scores Its Largest Overall Audience in Over 1 Year and Delivers Its Best Adults 18-49 Performance in 8 Months

'20/20' Grows Week to Week in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49, Hitting New Season Highs

ABC News' "20/20: What the Killer Left Behind" averaged 3.256 million Total Viewers, 468,000 Adults 25-54 and 330,000 Adults 18-49 on Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research.

· "20/20" ranked No. 1 in its two-hour time period in Total Viewers (3.256 million), Adults 25-54 (468,000) and Adults 18-49 (330,000) versus CBS dramas (1.885 million, 188,000 and 129,000, respectively) and NBC's "Dateline" (2.057 million, 371,000 and 262,000, respectively).

· Hitting new season highs, "20/20" grew from the previous week in Total Viewers (+12% - 3.256 million vs. 2.905 million) and Adults 18-49 (+5% - 330,000 vs. 313,000). In fact, "20/20" attracted its largest overall audience in over 1 year and delivered its best Adults 18-49 performance in 8 months - since 1/24/25 and 5/30/25, respectively.

· Season to date, "20/20" leads "Dateline" in Total Viewers (+9%/+266,000 - 3.375 million vs. 3.109 million), based on Most Current Big Data+Panel Ratings.
