'NIGHTLINE' RANKS NO. 1 ACROSS THE BOARD AND POSTS INCREASES BOTH WEEK TO WEEK AND YEAR TO YEAR IN ALL KEY TARGET DEMOS

'Nightline' Scores Its Most-Watched Telecast in Over 8 Months and Strongest Adults 18-49 Performance in 1 Year on Wednesday, and Turns in Its Best Adults 25-54 Ratings on Wednesday and Friday in 2 Years

ABC News' "Nightline" ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (1.138 million), Adults 25-54 (291,000) and Adults 18-49 (212,000) for the week of June 1, 2026, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research, beating NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers" across the board.

· "Nightline" posted week-to-week increases in Total Viewers (+24% - 1.138 million vs. 918,000), Adults 25-54 (+138% - 291,000 vs. 122,000) and Adults 18-49 (+183% - 212,000 vs. 75,000), delivering its strongest numbers in both key Adult demos in nearly 2 1/2 years - since w/o 1/15/24.

· "Nightline" surged on the same week last year in Total Viewers (+35% - 1.138 million vs. 841,000), Adults 25-54 (+76% - 291,000 vs. 165,000) and Adults 18-49 (+123% - 212,000 vs. 95,000).

· On Wednesday (6/3/26), "Nightline" scored its most-watched telecast (1.651 million) in over 8 months and its strongest Adults 18-49 performance (359,000) in 1 year - since 9/23/25 and 6/19/25, respectively.

· In addition, "Nightline" turned in its best Adults 25-54 delivery on Friday (491,000) and Wednesday (480,000) in 2 years - since 6/6/24.

· Season to date, "Nightline" is up in Total Viewers (+3% - 982,000 vs. 955,000) versus the comparable weeks last season.

NOTE: On Friday (6/5/26), NBC's "Seth Meyers" was retitled to "Seth Meyers-SM" due to being a repeat. The retitled telecast is excluded from the weekly and season averages. "Seth Meyers"'s weekly averages are based on four days (Monday-Thursday).
