(from Showtime's press release, October 2014) In the hilarious, award-winning, critically-acclaimed comedy series, EPISODES, from creators David Crane (Friends) and Jeffrey Klarik (Mad About You), Matt LeBlanc plays an outrageous version of himself, for which he won a Golden Globe(R) and received multiple Emmy(R) nominations for 'Outstanding Lead Actor In A Comedy Series.' Stephen Mangan and Tamsin Greig, two of the crown jewels of British comedy, are Sean and Beverly Lincoln, an English couple whose hit U.K. sitcom is remade for U.S. audiences and corrupted beyond recognition. At the start of the fourth season, Matt faces a financial crisis and is forced to make some tough decisions. Matt being Matt, he will likely make the wrong ones. Sean and Beverly have been dragged back to LA to shoot more episodes of their disastrous sitcom "Pucks!" Meanwhile, their other project "The Opposite of Us" refuses to go away. And there's a new head of the network who will, in all likelihood, make life more complicated for everyone. This season fortunes are lost, hearts are broken, egos are crushed, careers are ruined, sex tapes are revealed, and large amounts of vodka are consumed. Just another day in Hollywood. EPISODES, which in its first three seasons earned Emmy, BAFTA and Golden Globe awards and nominations, is executive produced by Jimmy Mulville through his Hat Trick production company and is a co-production of SHOWTIME and the BBC.
