DESCRIPTION:
(from Animal Planet's press release, April 2013) GATOR BOYS follows the death-defying exploits of Paul Bedard and Jimmy Riffle, two extraordinary alligator trappers who risk injury and death to hand capture nuisance alligators that have invaded the backyards, swimming pools and businesses of Florida residents. Their ultimate goal is to take alligators out of harm's way before they are captured by trappers who kill the animals and sell them for their skins and meat. It takes serious skill to get face to face with these deadly creatures, and they do it all for the love of the alligators. Paul is known for his commanding personality and his ability to swim under water with minimal tools and to capture unsuspecting gators. Giving him the unmatched ability to handle nearly any dangerous reptile with ease, Jimmy has been wrestling alligators since he was 11 years old. |
