DESCRIPTION:
(from MTV's web site, March 2009) Pack your bags and prepare to hitch a ride, 'cause season 3 of Making the Band 4 is going where no season has gone before -- on the road! And you'll get to see just what it takes to put on an eye-popping concert night after night. It's like having an all-access backstage pass! After skyrocketing to the top of the charts with their respective albums, Danity Kane and Day26 are set to embark on a nationwide tour with Donnie Klang as their opening act -- all under the watchful eye of their mentor Diddy. But before they can step onstage and wow the crowds of screaming fans, they've got to practice, practice, practice. Yes, even though it seems like they're living the high life, the pressure's still on. Although legions of fans are excited to see Danity Kane, Day26 and Donnie Klang in action, Diddy won't be giving the Making the Banders any breaks anytime soon. He's going to be as hard on them as ever, throwing his signature curveballs left and right. And when he really turns up the heat, there's sure to be plenty of emotional meltdowns and explosive arguments. Despite the intense pressure to be on point every night, there is still time for love and other surprises. The biggest shock? Laurie Ann Gibson is back! Having left on the heels of a heated exchange with Diddy during season 1 of Making the Band 4, the outspoken choreographer returns to help whip the performers into shape. Meanwhile, as Danity Kane and Day26 bask in their albums' success and share the headlining spotlight, Donnie Klang's job is to warm up the crowds in an effort to drum up interest in his debut album. Will his album reach the coveted #1 slot as well? The drama runs deep during Making the Band 4, as the tourmates get on each other's nerves and are at each other's throats -- and bump heads with Diddy. And they quickly discover that traveling the country on an in-demand tour is not as glamorous as it seems. Some will shine; others will crack under the immense pressure. Got your suitcase ready yet? Then it's time to jump on the tour bus and take a seat next to Danity Kane, Day26 and Donnie Klang as they hit the road for packed shows, screaming fans and wild nights. It's Making the Band like you're never seen it before!
