DESCRIPTION:
(from FOX's press release, January 2017) Examining the dangerous aftermath of two racially charged shootings in a small Southern town, event series SHOTS FIRED launches Wednesday, March 22 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), followed by the spring premiere of EMPIRE (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). The compelling series stars Sanaa Lathan ("The Perfect Guy," "Love & Basketball"), Stephan James ("Race," "Selma"), Academy Award-, Emmy Award- and Golden Globe-winning actress Helen Hunt ("As Good As It Gets," "The Sessions"), Academy Award- and Golden Globe-winning actor Richard Dreyfuss ("Jaws," "Madoff") and Stephen Moyer ("The Bastard Executioner," "True Blood").
