DESCRIPTION:
(from Science Channel's press release, April 2017) Outer space is still largely an uncharted frontier filled with wonder and secrets. Over the years, bold pioneers have uncovered interstellar wonders including cosmic bodies, far away galaxies, and alien worlds. These groundbreaking explorations and findings are uncovered in two Science Channel returning series, SPACE'S DEEPEST SECRETS, premiering April 11 at 9PM ET/PT, and NASA'S UNEXPLAINED FILES, premiering April 12 at 9PM ET/PT. NASA'S UNEXPLAINED FILES opens the vaults of the world's top space agency to reveal some of the extraordinary mysteries of the universe. Featuring insiders, scientists, astronauts, and researchers, the series looks at evidence of life beyond Earth and other bizarre occurrences. Among the stories investigated this season are a space probe that picked up anomalies on the surface of Mars, the Soviet version of the American Space Shuttle, a radio signal picked up from beyond our solar system, and questions about the strength of Earth's magnetic field.
