(from Tubi's press release, June 2025) Tubi (www.tubi.tv), Fox Corporation's (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced it has acquired the original sports documentary series ZERO STAR: THE CAM WARD STORY, a powerful new docuseries chronicling the unlikely rise of Cam Ward - from an overlooked high school quarterback with a single Division I FCS offer to the leader of the Miami Hurricanes and the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. The series will premiere exclusively on Tubi in September 2025. Developed and produced by Firebrand Media Group, the six-episode series delivers unprecedented access to Cam Ward's life - on and off the field. ZERO STAR is more than a football story: it's a portrait of faith, family, and resilience in the face of constant rejection. Through never-before-seen archival footage, raw behind-the-scenes moments, and intimate interviews with Ward, his family, coaches, teachers, and teammates, the series peels back the layers of a young man who refused to quit. |
