[01/25/12 - 08:21 AM] Video: A Few Minutes With... "Touch" Co-Star David Mazouz By Jim Halterman (TFC)
In "Touch," Kiefer Sutherland plays Martin Bohm, the widowed father of Jake (David Mazouz), an emotionally challenged 11-year old who does not speak. However, just as a social worker Clea Hopkins (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) shows up to investigate just how safe or unsafe Jake is in his father's care, the boy's fascination with numbers leads Bohm to see how human beings are connected in unimaginable ways and how he can help heal some of their (and his) pain. During the recent TCA Winter Press Tour, our Jim Halterman grabbed some time with Sutherland, Mbatha-Raw and Mazouz to flesh out this new series, from "Heroes" creator Tim Kring.
"Touch" previews tonight at 9:00/8:00c after "American Idol" before joining the FOX schedule permanently on March 19.
