truTV's Hit Series "Hardcore Pawn" Celebrates 100th Episode Milestone April 16
After three outrageous years of family feuding, jaw-dropping confrontations and incredible one-of-a-kind pawn items, truTV's breakout hit Hardcore Pawn celebrates its 100th episode with no signs of slowing down. The series, an eye-opening look at one of the country's largest pawnshops and the family that runs it, ranks as truTV's most popular show. The 100th episode of Hardcore Pawn is set to air Tuesday, April 16, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT).
truTV's Hardcore Pawn takes viewers behind the scenes of the immense American Jewelry & Loan, a family business owned by third-generation pawnbroker Les Gold. Working with Les are his son, Seth, who is being groomed to eventually take over the store, and daughter, Ashley, who thinks Seth isn't ready for the top job.
In Hardcore Pawn's 100th episode - entitled "Tipped Off" - trouble in the pawn line reveals that an employee may be playing favorites, and Ashley vows to get to the bottom of things. Les and Seth brush off her conspiracy theory until another blowup on the floor forces them to pay attention.
So far this year, Hardcore Pawn has averaged a spectacular 3.3 million viewers, with 1.6 million adults 18-49 and more than 900,000 men 18-49. The series regularly ranks as one of the top programs in its timeslot.
Hardcore Pawn comes to truTV from Zodiak New York, with Mike Gamson and Richard Dominick serving as executive producers.
