MEET THE PRINCES AND PRINCESSES OF THE HIP HOP WORLD HERE
WE tv has released the supertease trailer for its upcoming original series "Growing Up Hip Hop," which premieres Thursday, January 7th at 10pm ET/PT.
Raised by hip hop legends and pioneers, "Growing Up Hip Hop" features the princes and princesses of the hip hop world - Angela Simmons (daughter of rap pioneer Rev. Run of Run- D.M.C), Romeo Miller (formerly known as Lil' Romeo; son of hip-hop artist and entrepreneur Master P), Damon "Boogie" Dash (son of former Roc-A-Fella Records music and media mogul, Damon Dash), Kristinia DeBarge (daughter of James DeBarge from the legendary yet troubled group DeBarge), TJ Mizell (son of the late Jam Master Jay, one-third of the famous rap group Run-D.M.C.) and Egypt Criss (daughter of Sandra "Pepa" Denton from Salt-N-Pepa and rap icon Treach from Naughty By Nature). The series chronicles their lives as they work to gain independence and step out of their famous parents' shadows.
