'Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee' Season Eight Debuts Thursday, June 16 on Crackle with Stand-Up Comic Jim Gaffigan
Leading into the season eight premiere of Jerry Seinfeld's "Comedian's in Cars Getting Coffee," which debuts on Thursday, June 16 on Crackle, the network released the first promo of "Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee Without Comedians or Coffee, Just Cars," a compilation from the series, narrated by Seinfeld. In the first promo, themed "American Cars," actress Sarah Jessica Parker rides around New York City with Seinfeld in a 1976 Ford Country Squire. The promo also features a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28, a 1970 Dodge Challenger TA and a 1956 Chevrolet Corvette.
Jerry Seinfeld is joined by stand-up comic Jim Gaffigan on the season eight premiere of "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" launching Thursday, June 16 on Crackle. The duo rides around in a 1977 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper Van and enjoys pastrami together.
The eighth season of the Emmy(R) nominated series is comprised of six episodes, with a new episode streaming every Thursday night. Season 8 guests include Margaret Cho, SNL creator Lorne Michaels, stand-up comic Jim Gaffigan, "Last Week Tonight" host John Oliver, actor JB Smoove and writer/producer of some of the biggest hit films, Judd Apatow. "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" won the PGA Award for "Outstanding Digital Series."
