Netflix Unveils the Official Trailer for the Limited Series 'Two Graves', Premiering August 29th
Netflix has revealed today the official trailer and poster for its upcoming limited series, Two Graves, set to premiere on Netflix on August 29. The series tells a gripping story of disappearance and revenge set in Frigiliana, among other picturesque Andalusian towns, which provide a unique and contrasting backdrop for the plot.
Two Graves stars Kiti Mánver as Isabel, a grandmother willing to do whatever it takes to discover the truth. Álvaro Morte and Hovik Keuchkerian, complete the leading trio. The cast also includes Nadia Vilaplana (Viaje de fin de curso: Mallorca, La vida breve), Joan Solé (Todos los nombres de Dios, Nos vemos en otra vida), Zoé Arnao (Las niñas, Apagón), Nonna Cardoner (Camino a la libertad, Benvinguts a la família), Carlos Scholz (Vírgenes, La vida breve) and Magdalena Tejado (La moderna, Entre tierras), with a special appearance by Salva Reina (Legado, El 47).
The series is directed by Kike Maíllo, produced by Sábado Películas, and created by Agustín Martínez, with scripts by Jorge Díaz and Antonio Mercero, part of the Carmen Mola collective.
Set two years after the disappearance of Verónica and Marta, two 16-year-old friends, the case is declared closed due to lack of evidence or suspects. With nothing left to lose, Isabel (Kiti Mánver), the grandmother of one of the girls, decides to carry out her own off-the-books investigation. Determined to find out what happened that night, Isabel's search for answers soon spirals into a tale of revenge.
