Mexico 86 is the untold story of Martín de la Torre, a Mexican bureaucrat whose devotion and passion for soccer led him to make Mexico -for the second time- the host of one of the most important sporting events in the world. But what he never imagined was that, to achieve this, he would have to break several rules and always live on the edge of a red card.
