COUPLES RETURN IN THE SEASON PREMIERE OF 'FEAR FACTOR' - NBC's hit reality series returns for a fifth season with a special 90-minute one-time re-match reuniting the five couples from last season's successful couples series. One of their spectacular challenges requires a partner to walk a narrow beam 10 stories high, retrieve a key, and send it to their partner waiting below on a Jet Ski which has to be launched off of a three-story parking garage. In addition, viewers will be updated on changes in the couple' lives since their last appearance, including: one couple has become engaged; three of the women have posed for Playboy; one couple appears in footage from their legitimate April Fool's Day wedding in Las Vegas with the ceremony performed by Joe Rogan; and another couple has since split, but agreed to participate together. Joe Rogan hosts this series in which all stunts take place under the supervision of professional Hollywood stunt coordinators. Matt Kunitz ("Real World") and David A. Hurwitz are the executive producers of this series from Endemol Entertainment USA.
