"The Oath" -- Horatio must clear the name of a fallen police officer after evidence suggests that he may be dirty, on a rebroadcast of CSI: MIAMI, on a special night and time, Wednesday, Oct. 6 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. When police officer Dan Cofield is shot to death while on the job, the CSIs track who Cofield saw while working that night and learn that he picked-up and paid a call girl for her services. Additional information suggests that Cofield may have been into something illegal. Now, as they delicately try to handle the death of one of their own, Horatio and his team are determined to bring closure to his widow and his good name. Meanwhile, while investigating Cofield's murder, Calleigh suspects that one of the suspects may be committing domestic abuse and tries to help his wife's dangerous situation.
