MICHAEL WHITMAN GETS TO THE PAINFUL HEART OF WHAT'S REALLY EATING AT HIS SON, ON ABC'S "life as we know it"

"Partly Cloudy, Chance of Sex" - When Dino quits the hockey team for no apparent reason, Michael confronts his son about what is really upsetting him. Meanwhile, Jackie has trouble admitting to herself that she's living in a very dysfunctional household. And, at Ms. Young's suggestion, Ben auditions for the school play, so when he expresses concern about landing a plum role, his teacher finds it necessary to comfort him in a very personal way, on "life as we know it," THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"life as we know it" stars Sean Faris as Dino, Jon Foster as Ben, Chris Lowell as Jonathan, Missy Peregrym as Jackie, Kelly Osbourne as Deborah, D.B. Sweeney as Michael Whitman, Lisa Darr as Annie Whitman, Marguerite Moreau as Ms. Monica Young and Jessica Lucas as Sue.

Guest starring are Martin Cummins as Coach Scott, Sarah Strange as Mia Tynan, Dylan Baker as Roland Conner, Becky Ann Baker as Amanda Conner, James McDaniel as William Miller, Megan Gallagher as Leslie Miller, Jessica Harmon as Zoe Cresswell, Nick Lashaway as Christopher Flynn, Carly McKillip as Ali O'Keefe, Kaitlin Straker as Brenda, Michael Suchanek as Todd, Jennifer Copping as Deanna Spicer, Samm Levine as Bernard Sachs, John Dadey as Lloyd and Julie Patzwald as Crystal.
