ON "JOAN OF ARCADIA," FRIDAY, OCT. 29
Annie Potts ("Designing Women") Guest Stars in a Recurring Role
Kimberly McCullough ("General Hospital") Returns as Kevin's Former Girlfriend
"Wealth of Nations" -- Joan naively gets involved in a shady and self-serving means of supplying more clothing to a church drive for the poor with disastrous results, on JOAN OF ARCADIA, Friday, Oct. 29 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Kevin Dowling directed the episode that was written by Tom Garrigus.
Annie Potts ("Designing Women") returns in a recurring role as Will's new boss, and Kimberly McCullough ("General Hospital") returns as Kevin's former girlfriend, Beth.
When God tells Joan to put her A+ in economics to good use, she volunteers to help Helen with a church clothing drive. At first, Joan is convinced that she and Judith are altruistic economic geniuses for creating a secret arrangement by which the needy will get more clothes -- and she and Judith will get some extra cash. However, their operation is found out in a way that makes Helen look like the culprit and puts the whole drive in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Lucy attempts to bond with Will by showing an interest in the lawsuit against the Girardis; Kevin participates in an open mike night at a comedy club to impress his ex-girlfriend, and Luke encourages Grace to go to a support group for teens with alcoholic parents.
