"Episode 307" - Witness the all-new makeover of Jason, aka "Bubba," a 27-year-old bartender and bull rider from Hillsborough, North Carolina, and the wedding vows of couple Ethan and wife Geri from Clovis, California, whose family had the show's first ever full-family makeover. Also see what life has been life after the knife with four of last season's favorite candidates: Patrick, a 38-year-old music DJ, Internet technician and cook from Kissee Mills, Missouri, Kim, a 31-year-old network coordinator from Jersey City, New Jersey, and Candace, a 29-year-old family support worker and mother of two from Lincoln, Nebraska, on "Extreme Makeover," THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Jason, aka "Bubba," is a bartender and rodeo rider whose looks and body had been broken down from all his rough riding and honky tonk nights. He's a showman when he's riding the bull, but he hides when the bar's ugly lights come on at closing time. He's pieced together again like Humpty Dumpty when Dr. Anthony Griffin and the Extreme Team transform Bubba from cow-poked to hunky urban cowboy. Bubba was given a life changing experience, as he was able to change his looks in an effort to transform his life and destiny and to make his dream come true. This was all accomplished through the skills of an "Extreme Team," including plastic surgeons, eye surgeons and cosmetic dentists, along with a talented team of hair and makeup artists, stylists and personal trainers. In addition, all participants recuperate at the "Makeover Mansion," the new luxurious mansion tucked away in the Hollywood Hills, CA, complete with stunning views, a swimming pool, fully equipped home gym and plasma televisions.

Bubba's procedures included a nose job, lower eyelid lift, brow lift, cheek lift, chin implant and liposuction under chin during first surgery, liposuction of upper and lower abdomen, breasts, hips and love handles during second surgery, LASIK eye surgery, 6 root canals, 11 extractions, bone and soft tissue grafting, post and core buildup of teeth, a lower Galaxy partial, five da Vinci porcelain veneers and 16 da Vinci porcelain crowns and bridge.

Bubba's "Extreme Team" included:

* Dr. Anthony Griffith, a prominent board-certified plastic surgeon, considered one of the foremost authorities on plastic surgery for African-Americans and ethnic skin types

* Dentist Dr. Steven Donia, cosmetic dentist to the stars

* Dr. Robert Maloney, considered one of the 10 best LASIK surgeons in the world, who has performed LASIK surgery on such celebrities as Cindy Crawford and Barry Manilow

* Wardrobe stylist Sam Saboura , who has served as celebrity fashion stylist for Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt, Sarah Jessica Parker, MTV's "Movie House" and the Osbournes

* Master body sculptor and rapid weight-loss expert Michael Thurmond, who trains various red-carpet celebrities

* Hair stylist Yuki Sharoni of Yuki Sharoni Beauty & Lifestyle in Beverly Hills

* Hair colorist Cal Martini of Yuki Sharoni Beauty & Lifestyle in Beverly Hills

* As per Michael Thurmond's customized diet regimens, gourmet custom meals are provided by Sally Ann Catering

Remember Clovis, California family Ethan and Geri, and Geri's children, Denae, Amber and Josh? They were the first family to get a full-family makeover, with Geri's teens getting mini-makeovers. Geri and Ethan were married six years ago when they secretly eloped to Las Vegas, but the kids never got to see their wedding-until now. In this update, the entire family is surprised and whisked away to Las Vegas' Little White Chapel for Ethan and Geri's renewal of their wedding vows. It's wedding bliss "Extreme Makeover"-style that you don't want to miss!

And catch all-new updates on three of last season's favorite candidates and see how their lives have changed since they received their ExtremeMakeovers. Patrick was the self-proclaimed court jester who somehow got the princess. Though looks eluded him, Patrick had the ability to attract people with his humor, energy and self-confidence. With an Extreme Makeover, he wanted to be transformed from "a frog to a prince" for his beautiful wife, Missie. Patrick also received a hair transplant - the first ever on "Extreme Makeover!"

Kim never went to the dentist to get her teeth corrected, and hoped that, for the first time in her life, she would not be afraid to kiss and smile. She felt her appearance-particularly her teeth-held her back socially, and wanted an Extreme Makeover to reverse her fate. In addition, she had the rarity of a third nipple, the removal of which was deemed risky by her plastic surgeon, Dr. Griffin. For her dentist, Dr. Dorfman, this was one of his most challenging but rewarding cases yet. Her makeover came full circle when her new appearance - and her new smile -- lit up Times Square in New York City.

Candace had been teased all her life about her looks. She'd been called everything from Big Bird to the Muppet character Beeker, and wanted to be transformed to re-enter the job market. She went from Beeker to beautiful!

"Extreme Makeover" is produced by New Screen Entertainment and Lighthearted Entertainment. Chuck Bangert, Lou Gorfain and Howard Schultz are the executive producers. Julie Laughlin is co- executive producer.
