"Out Damn Spot" -- After a botched robbery at the casino, the wife of an innocent bystander accuses Billy of leaving her husband to die when he treats the wounded assailant first, on dr. vegas, Friday, Nov. 12 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Craig Zisk directed the episode written by Ted Humphrey and Andrew Orenstein.

As Tommy is getting ready to hold a fetish and fantasy ball at the hotel, a botched robbery at The Metro fatally wounds an employee and a newly married groom. Billy is quick on the scene but must make the difficult decision to treat the most injured first, which happens to be the wounded assailant. Duke (guest star Chazz Palminteri) chases down the other robber who escaped only to be surprised by his identity.
