JIMMY BUFFETT TO PERFORM WITH COUNTRY SUPERSTARS CLINT BLACK, KENNY CHESNEY, ALAN JACKSON, TOBY KEITH AND GEORGE STRAIT ON �THE 38TH ANNUAL CMA AWARDS,� TUESDAY, NOV. 9 ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK

Patty Loveless with Alan Jackson, Terri Clark and Montgomery Gentry Will Also Perform

Shania Twain, Clint Black, Buddy Jewel, Joe Nichols and SHeDAISY Have Been Set to Present

Jimmy Buffett will perform with Clint Black, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Toby Keith and George Strait on THE 38TH ANNUAL CMA AWARDS, to be broadcast live from the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tuesday, Nov. 9 (8:00-11:00 PM; live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. Patty Loveless with Alan Jackson, Terri Clark and Montgomery Gentry will also perform. As previously announced, CMA nominees Brooks & Dunn will host the Awards special for the first time.

Shania Twain, Clint Black, Buddy Jewel, Joe Nichols and SHeDAISY have also been set to present.

Jimmy Buffett, who performed with Alan Jackson at the 2003 CMA Awards, will perform his nominated Hank Williams classic �Hey Good Lookin�� with country music superstars Clint Black, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Toby Keith and George Strait. Buffett is nominated for Music Video of the Year with Alan Jackson for �It�s Five O�Clock Somewhere.� In 2003, Buffett won his first music award when he and Jackson won the CMA Award for Vocal Event of the Year. Clint Black was named CMA Male Vocalist of the Year in 1990.

Alan Jackson, who heads the list of nominees this year with seven nominations, will perform �Sunday Morning Church� with Patty Loveless, who was named CMA Female Vocalist of the Year in 1996.

Terri Clark, who is nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year, will also perform. She received her first nomination in the CMA Female Vocalist category in 2003.

Montgomery Gentry (Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry), who are nominated for Vocal Duo of the Year, received their first CMA Award nomination in 1999 in the Duo of the Year category and have been nominated every year since. They won the award in 2000 against CMA hosts Brooks & Dunn, which marked Brooks & Dunn�s only career defeat in the category.

Previously announced performers include Brooks & Dunn, Dierks Bentley, Big & Rich, Kenny Chesney, Sara Evans, Alan Jackson, Alison Krauss and Brad Paisley, Toby Keith, Martina McBride, Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts, Julie Roberts, George Strait, Josh Turner, Shania Twain with Billy Currington, Keith Urban and Gretchen Wilson. Additional names will be announced soon.

THE 38TH ANNUAL CMA AWARDS is a production of the Country Music Association. Walter C. Miller is the producer. Paul Miller will direct the special from a script by David Wild.
