"No Future" -- As the Girardis are deposed for the lawsuit against them regarding the car accident that disabled Kevin, they look back on their memories of the events of that horrible day, on JOAN OF ARCADIA, Friday, Nov. 19 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. James Hayman, one of the series' executive producers, directed the episode that was written by series creator and one of the series' executive producers, Barbara Hall.

Evan Handler ("Sex and the City") returns as the Girardi's attorney and Kimberly McCullough ("General Hospital") returns as Kevin's former girlfriend.
As Joan begins to deal with Judith's death, she faces the added pressure of having to relive the day of Kevin's accident during her deposition. Meanwhile, Will feels guilty as he recalls how poorly he treated Kevin in the hours preceding his accident. Additionally, Grace reluctantly agrees to join Luke for dinner at the Girardi's on his birthday.
