ALAN SHORE GETS INTO THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT WHEN HE DEFENDS A TRANSVESTITE WHO WAS FIRED FROM HIS POST AS SANTA, ON ABC'S "BOSTON LEGAL"

"Loose Lips" - In defending a man, Gil Furnald, who was fired from his post as Santa at a local department store for being a transvestite, Shore tries his own hand at pulling a rabbit out of a hat. Meanwhile, Lori finds herself in a difficult position when her therapist, Dr. Allen Konigsberg, tells her one of his patients has threatened to kill his wife, and asks Lori for advice on whether he should warn the woman, on "Boston Legal," SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 28 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"Boston Legal" stars James Spader as Alan Shore, Monica Potter as Lori Colson, Mark Valley as Brad Chase, Rhona Mitra as Tara Wilson, Lake Bell as Sally Heep and William Shatner as Denny Crane.

Guest-starring in "Loose Lips" are Rene Auberjonois as Paul Lewiston, Jim O'Heir as Gil Furnald, George Newbern as Dr. Allen Konigsberg, Neal Matarazzo as Brian Stevens, Cheryl White as Mary Stevens, H. Richard Greene as Judge Harry Hingham, Wayne Wilderson as Attorney Paul Phillips, Vicki Davis as Sylvia Donato, Steven M. Gagnon as Detective Lowe, Debbie Lee Carrington as Patty, Heidi Heller as clerk and Donna Cooper as secretary.

"Loose Lips" was written by Jonathan Shapiro and David E. Kelley and directed by Jeannot Szwarc.

"Boston Legal" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.
