"Episode 301" - Since its premiere as a one-hour special in December 2002, "Extreme Makeover" has become a pop culture phenomenon -- to the extent that the very title is now common vernacular. The show has unveiled some of the most jaw-dropping transformations of people, dramatically and forever changing their lives and looks through plastic surgery. This two-hour episode of "Extreme Makeover" features not just two but three incredible stories, THURSDAY, MARCH 10 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. (Rebroadcast. OAD: 9/23/04)

Becky, Stacy and Tim were given a life changing experience, as they were able to change their looks in an effort to transform their lives and destinies and to make their dreams come true. This was all accomplished through the skills of an "Extreme Team," including plastic surgeons, eye surgeons and cosmetic dentists, along with a talented team of hair and makeup artists, stylists and personal trainers. In addition, for the first time, participants will now recuperate at the "Makeover Mansion," the new luxurious mansion tucked away in the Hollywood Hills, CA, complete with stunning views, a swimming pool, fully equipped home gym and plasma televisions.

Becky and Stacy are sisters who were born with the birth defect of a cleft palate. After nearly 40 surgeries to correct the deformity, the sisters basically gave up and accepted that they would forever look the way they did... that is, until they placed their dreams to be normal in the skilled hands of the doctors of last resort -- the "Extreme Makeover" team.

Becky, a 34-year-old office worker and mother of two from Shasta, CA had lip reconstruction, rhinoplasty, radiated cartilage graft, upper and lower eyelid lift, endo brow lift, breast augmentation (doughnut breast lift), liposuction of outer, inner, anterior thighs and under neck, tummy tuck, cheek lift, a Foto facial LASIK eye surgery, and dental work, including two extractions, four da Vinci porcelain veneers, Galaxy partial upper dentures, lower bridge and Zoom whitening. Stacy, a 29-year-old homemaker and mother from Palo Cedro, CA, had rhinoplasty, liposuction under neck, inner and outer thighs, upper eyelid lift, breast augmentation and lift, scar revision on right hip, lip reconstruction, chemical peel and dental work, including four da Vinci porcelain veneers, Galaxy partial dentures and Zoom whitening.

Tim, a 30-year-old assembler for Siemens Energy and father of two from Kenton, Ohio, has septo-rhinoplasty, buccal fat pad excision, fat injections to face, upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), browpexy (brow lift), liposuction of submental chest, abdomen and hip rolls, a vasectomy reversal, LASIK eye surgery, and dental work, including Zoom whitening and 21 da Vinci porcelain veneers.
