A CASE INVOLVING A 10 YEAR-OLD BOY WHO HAS PLED GUILTY TO AGGRAVATED ASSAULT CAUSES A RIFT BETWEEN AMY AND BRUCE, ON "JUDGING AMY," TUESDAY, APRIL 26

"Getting Out" -- Amy's handling of a 10-year-old boy who is considered to be a habitual offender because he started committing crimes when he was 7-years-old causes Amy and Bruce to be at odds, on JUDGING AMY, Tuesday, April 26 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Richard Gershman directed the episode from a script written by Barry O'Brien.

Bruce accuses Amy of being too sympathetic towards the kids that come into her courtroom after he witnesses her lack of objectivity in recent cases. Meanwhile, Maxine tries to keep a foster family consisting of children with special needs together after one of the parents is laid-off making it difficult for the family to keep up their mortgage payments.
