"Episode 322" - Witness the all-new and exciting makeovers of Emily, a 27-year-old ex-army servicewoman from Placentia, CA and Amanda, an 27-year-old animal technician from Phoenix, AZ -- plus, drop in on Amanda's romantic wedding, where she'll be revealed to her fianci for the first time -- on "Extreme Makeover," THURSDAY, APRIL 21 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Emily and Amanda were given a life-changing experience, as they were able to change their looks in an effort to transform their lives and destinies and to make their dreams come true. This was all accomplished through the skills of an "Extreme Team," including plastic surgeons and cosmetic dentists, along with a talented team of hair and makeup artists, stylists and personal trainers. In addition, participants recuperate at the "Makeover Mansion," the new, luxurious mansion tucked away in the Hollywood Hills, CA, complete with stunning views, a swimming pool, fully equipped home gym and big screen televisions.

Every day Emily feels like she's just rolled out of bed a few steps behind the world. Since adolescence, she's been ridiculed for her childlike looks and large nostrils. After school, Emily joined the army and lived as a daredevil with a "go get 'em" attitude, seeing the world and trying many new things. While in the army, she also met her husband, who was deployed to Iraq and just returned home this holiday season. This is the perfect time for Emily to get an Extreme Makeover, as she has just moved to Los Angeles after five years in the army to work in broadcasting. She's starting over, and dreams of becoming a news anchor, but feels that, with the way she looks now, she'll likelier work behind the scenes.

Emily's procedures included a nose job, brow lift, chin implant, lower eyelid lift, fat injections to cheeks, lip repositioning, breast augmentation, liposuction to chin and saddlebags, LASIK eye surgery, chemical peel, Fotofacial, Yag laser for leg vein therapy, Botox around the eyes, facials, cosmetic tooth reshaping and Zoom whitening

Amanda is a shy and loving woman who is ready to reclaim her life. She has felt like an outcast all her life, taunted because of her profile and nose, which has a prominent bump. Amanda is so insecure about her appearance that she chooses to work with animals, since they don't judge her. She has also rejected offers for job promotions because she prefers to stay as unnoticed as possible. What's more, Amanda has postponed getting married to the man she loves because she fear how hr wedding pictures will turn out. Amanda hopes an Extreme Makeover will make her the beautiful bride she's always wanted to be and also give her the confidence to break out of her reclusive shell. In one of the most romantic reveals ever, Amanda walks down the aisle at the wedding of her dreams and is unveiled for the first time to her fianci, Jeff, at the altar.

In addition, resident style guru Sam Saboura transforms Mark, a 19-year-old photographer from Los Angeles, CA with a "Mini-Extreme Makeover." Mark wanted to change his looks so he could ask a young girl out whose picture he took and whom he fell in love with. Will she say yes? In a fast and furious wardrobe/hair/makeup overhaul, viewers will see his amazing before and after results in the first half-hour of the show. And Sam dispenses his tricks and tips in the fields of fashion, personal style and grooming with "news you can use."
