"Jr.'s Cartoon" - When Jr. wins a national competition for his cartoon entitled "My Wife and Kid" -- based on himself, Vanessa, the baby and the rest of the Kyle family -- it catches the attention of ABC. Michael becomes Jr.'s agent, but the meeting with the television executives goes badly, crushing Jr.'s dream opportunity, so now Michael has to find a way to rectify the situation. Meanwhile, Claire threatens to break up with Tony unless he can bring some "umph" into their relationship, on "My Wife and Kids," TUESDAY, AUGUST 2 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. "My Wife and Kids" stars Damon Wayans as Michael Kyle, Tisha Campbell-Martin as Jay Kyle, George O. Gore II as Jr., Jennifer Freeman as Claire Kyle, Parker McKenna Posey as Kady Kyle, Noah Gray-Cabey as Franklin, Andrew McFarlane as Tony and Brooklyn Sudano as Vanessa.

Guest starring are Carlos Gomez as Fernando Torres, Rich Pierrelous as Patrick Maguire, Lena Bouton as Nina Howie and Cindy Lu as secretary.

"Jr.'s Cartoon" was written by Kim Wayans and directed by Randy Fletcher.

"My Wife and Kids" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.
