THE PARTY NEVER ENDS AS TED THROWS A SERIES OF PARTIES IN AN ATTEMPT TO SPEND MORE CASUAL TIME WITH THE WOMAN OF HIS DREAMS, ON "HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER," MONDAY, SEPT. 26

"Purple Giraffe" -- Ted hosts a series of parties at his apartment in an attempt to spend some time with Robin in a more casual setting, on HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, Monday, Sept. 26 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Pamela Fryman directed the episode written by Carter Bays and Craig Thomas, two of the series' executive producers.

After his disastrous first date with Robin, Ted tries to show her how casual he can be by throwing a party. However, when Robin doesn't show, Ted extends the party over three consecutive nights, giving Robin a chance to attend. Meanwhile, Lily can't get enough of her new fianc�, Marshall.
