Sales, outlets, online auctions, warehouse stores� are consumers getting the best bang for their buck when it comes to shopping? As the holiday shopping season kicks into full swing, �20/20� investigates shopping and the tricks of the trade that retailers play to get the sale. The hour-long report also features the ethics of regifting, high couture for tots and the hottest gifts of this holiday season. ABC News correspondents talk to consumer advocates and shoppers alike to find out how to get the most for your money, on �Shop Talk: Steals, Deals, and Scams,� airing on �20/20,� FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
